Inclement Weather Policy

 

As an indoor sports facility, we try to stay open in all weather conditions.  Our facility does not follow any of the city or county cancellation policies.  When we decide to close due to the weather we will post the cancellations on our website, social media sites and email our customer list. If we remain open for league games and you feel it is unsafe to come, please stay at home. 

 

Rescheduling criteria for bad weather cancellation:

 

  • Playoff games will be rescheduled

  • 1 game missed due to weather- NO RESCHEDULE

  • 2 games missed due to weather- we will reschedule 1 of the missed games

  • 3 games missed due to weather- we will reschedule some games if time allows

  • No refunds will be given for missed games

 

Refund Policy

 

Cancellations within two weeks of the start of any program will receive a credit to a future program. No refund will be offered for any cancellations within two weeks of the start of a program. Any cancellations prior to two weeks from the start of a program will be offered a refund minus a $25.00 administration fee, or a credit in the full amount to future programs. Refunds of any kind will not be granted in the event that inclement weather disrupts a scheduled program. Staff will do their best to accommodate any inclement weather situations and attempt to make up disrupted time but this is not guaranteed.  

 

General Rules of the Facility

 

  1. Individuals utilizing this facility do so at their own risk. The property owner(s), league operators, officers, and staff of The Field House assume no liability for any injuries or accidents which may occur. Please reference Liability / Injury Waiver and Release Forms and signage posted within the facility.

  2. Conduct within the facility should be in the spirit of good sportsmanship as is on the field.

  3. At no time shall spectators enter the field to speck with officials, coaches, or players.  Any spectator that enters the field to confront an official will be suspended from the facility.

  4. Rude, inappropriate, and disrespectful language in not tolerated.  Facility suspension will be issued for this behavior.

  5. All players must be paid in full and rostered to play on a team.

  6. Refunds are not typically given.  Field House credit may be issued if refund is warranted.

  7. No Alcohol or Drugs use prior to playing.

  8. Should you find or lose any items please report this immediately. We will do our best to locate and store items but we do not assume responsibility for any items lost or stolen.

  9. No food, drinks on playing field.

  10. No chewing tobacco or chewing gum permitted in facility.   Anyone caught will be asked to leave and any cleanup expenses will be passed on to them.

  11. No sunflower seeds or similar type products are permitted in the facility. Anyone caught will be asked to leave and any cleanup expenses will be passed on

  12. No glass containers on the field.

  13. No video taping from the player boxes.

  14. Please no pets inside the facility.

  15. Children must be supervised at all times.  Childred ARE NOT ALLOWED to play on open fields when they are not in use.  

  16. Soccer balls shall not be kicked against building walls (interior or exterior). Damage caused by these actions shall be the financial responsibility of those caught or their parents or legal guardians.

  17. We reserve the right to refuse play and or service to anyone.
